WT Type Zebrafish
WT Zebrafish are available in quantities, however we prefer pre order and yearly consumption MOQs. Our MOQ for any strain is 100 nos.
AB Type Zebrafish
When we talk about AB type what are we looking at ? The AB strain was established at the University of Oregon in the 1970s–1980s.It originated from multiple wild-caught zebrafish and was inbred over generations to achieve genetic stability.
Albino & Other Strains
We also keep other strains, but only supply based on pre order. Pre order timelines are 3 months and we are slowly reducing the timeline. Our effort is to provide lab standard strains for research.

Zebrafish India a registered hatchry cum biotech unit with Dept of Fisheries – Govt of India. We have a hatchry and produce 10000 plus fish annually. We raise the fish in our automated larval and adult rearing system. When we supply Zebrafish to you we assure you of their health and being disease free.
Do we provide a health certificate ?
Yes, we provide zebrafish health declaration. Which mentions Fish Gender, Age, and Its health status.
How will the fish reach you?
Fish can be sent via Rail or Air or if its close by to Mumbai by bus / transport. Fish are packed in high grade polybags with oxygenated and sealed and packed in corrogoted box or if required in white styrofoam boxes for extra protection. If the fish are travelling long distance, then water is mixed with addatives like natural clove oil or methylene blue for lowering the stress levels. We are in a tie up with Spice Jet and can provide fish transport via air to major towns where Spice Express Flies. The average cost of fish transport by Rail is 1000 INR and by Air is 3000 INR.
Is the service door to door?
Fish can reach the closest railway station and you can collect the same from there. All details of consignment, and the agent / officer to collect the live fish will be provided pre hand and we coordinate with concerned person from your office, so that fish can be collected. We can arrange door to door delivery in some towns. For door to door delivery additional charges apply. We are establishing our network and strive to provide you delivery at your door.
How do to transfer fish to your tanks / system ?
When the fish consignment reaches you, you will find a protocol on how to acclamatise and transfer fish safely to your system or tanks. Along side you will find the protocol to feed and take care of fish further.
